Single vs. multiple menus per location
As an account owner, you have the flexibility to decide whether to use a single menu or multiple menus for each location. Here's what you need to know:
- If there's only one menu for a location, your customers will directly see the menu categories upon accessing the digital menu.
- If you choose to create multiple menus for a location, your customers will first see a menu selection screen, allowing them to choose the desired menu (e.g., breakfast, lunch, or dinner) before viewing the categories.
- You can use multiple menus to run A/B tests.
To make this decision, consider your venue's needs, the variety of your offerings, and your customers' preferences. You can always experiment and adjust your menu structure as needed.
