Setting up a location

To create a new location, follow these simple steps:

Provide basic Information

Enter the name, address, currency, and default language used at your location. This information will help your customers easily identify your venue and set the right expectations for their dining experience.

Logo

We highly recommend uploading your venue's logo to increase brand recognition and create a professional appearance. Supported file formats include JPG and PNG.

Since the logo will be displayed in a square box, we suggest using a square image with the logo centered. Transparent PNGs are ideal, as they allow the logo to blend seamlessly with the selected background for the location.

Customize your location

Personalize your location's appearance by choosing colors, fonts, and other design elements that reflect your brand identity. This helps create a cohesive and visually appealing experience for your customers.

Once you're satisfied with your location setup, save your changes to make the location available for creating and managing menus.

Remember, you can create up to 5 locations with your NeatMenu account, making it easy to manage multiple venues or service offerings.
