NeatMenu makes it easy for your customers to access your digital menus by providing a unique QR code for each location. By scanning the QR code with their smartphones, customers can instantly view your menus without the need for physical copies.
Downloading your QR code
Each location's QR code is available as a high-resolution 4000x4000px PNG file with a transparent background. To download your QR code, follow these steps:
- From your account dashboard, select the desired location for which you'd like to download the QR code.
- Find the QR code button near the bottom of the page.
- Adjust the QR code color and other settings;
- Click on the "Download" button to save the QR code as a PNG file to your device.
Printing QR codes
You can use the downloaded QR code file to create various promotional materials, such as stickers, table tents, or posters. This allows you to display the QR code throughout your venue, making it easy for customers to access your digital menus.
Ensuring QR Code scannability
To guarantee that your QR code can be scanned effectively, ensure there is sufficient contrast between the foreground (QR code) and the background (surface on which it is printed). Before printing, it's a good idea to test the scannability of your QR code by scanning the preview on your device. This will help you confirm that it works properly and can be easily scanned by your customers.
