Managing locations

If you need to update or modify a location, simply navigate to the "Locations" section in your account dashboard. From there, you can edit the information, adjust the design, or delete the location as needed.

Deleting a location

Please exercise caution when deleting a location on NeatMenu. Deleting a location is a permanent action and cannot be undone. When you delete a location, you will also lose all associated data, including menus, categories, and items.

Consequences of deleting a location

  1. All menus created for the deleted location will be permanently removed from the platform.
  2. All categories within the deleted location's menus will also be permanently deleted.
  3. All individual items within the deleted location's categories will be removed forever.

Again, please note that this operation is irreversible. Once a location has been deleted, the associated data cannot be recovered.

Considerations before deleting a location

Before you proceed with deleting a location, please take a moment to review the following:

  1. Evaluate alternatives: If you're considering deleting a location due to a temporary closure or a change in offerings, you might want to explore alternative solutions, such as disabling the location or updating the menu items instead.
  2. Backup data: If you're certain about deleting a location, ensure that you have saved or backed up any necessary data, such as menu item descriptions, prices, and images, in case you need this information in the future.

If, after careful consideration, you still wish to delete a location, proceed with the deletion process in your account dashboard.
