The billing portal
The Billing Portal provides an easy-to-use interface for managing your subscriptions, payment methods, and billing information. To access it click the "Billing Portal" button in the subscription management section of your account.
Once on the billing portal page, your current plan is displayed. From here, you can change your subscription, cancel it, or reactivate a previously canceled subscription.
Payment methods
You can add, remove, or update payment methods, set a primary payment method for your account and update soon-to-expire credit cards to ensure uninterrupted service.
Billing Information
From here you can also update your billing information, including company name, address, phone number, and tax ID/VAT number. Keeping your records accurate and up-to-date is essential for a smooth billing process.
Invoices and payment receipts
You can access your invoice history and review upcoming payment details on the same page. You can view, download, and print individual invoices and receipts for your records.
